European Holiday Market 2024: Bringing Old World Charm to Florida Shores.

Production by the Bradenton Area Convention and Visitors Bureau in the Bradenton Area.

Please note that filling out this application does NOT guarantee admission as a vendor. All vendors will be evaluated based on the needs of the event and if there is space available. If there are two or more vendors providing the same item, then the first applicant will be selected.

Vendors should adhere to at least one of the following:

  1. Adheres to the theme of the event
  2. Unique items
  3. High-quality goods
  4. Handmade/crafted

All vendors must be present for the duration of the European Holiday Market dates. If you cannot attend the full duration of the event, please inform us in your booth set-up description below.

Please Note: Vendor selection is curated based on event needs, space availability, and alignment with the European Holiday Market theme. Acceptance is not guaranteed. When similar products are submitted, those that best complement the overall market experience will be selected. We encourage vendors to put their unique spin on timeless traditions, drawing inspiration from the cozy charm of European holiday markets—whether your offerings are handcrafted, thoughtfully curated, or simply designed to delight.

Each vendor should meet at least one of the following criteria:

  1. Presents products that align with the Holiday Market theme
  2. Features unique or one-of-a-kind items or artisan crafted creations
  3. Displays high-quality craftsmanship or goods
  4. Offers packaged specialty food or beverage items that do not require on-site preparation

We encourage all vendors to participate in the full 5-day market. However, if you’re interested in a 2-day, weekend pop-up option please note that on your vendor application form.

European Holiday Market Dates:

Load In: Tuesday, Dec 2: 9 a.m.–9 p.m. and Wednesday, Dec 3: 9 a.m.–3 p.m.

Opening Day: Wednesday, December 3: 5 p.m.–9 p.m.
Thursday, December 5: 10 a.m.–6 p.m.
Friday, December 6: 10 a.m.–6 p.m.
Saturday, December 7: 10 a.m.–6 p.m.
Closing Day: Sunday, December 8: 10 a.m.–6 p.m.

Load-Out: Sunday night 5 p.m.–10 p.m. and Monday, December 9: 9 a.m.–5 p.m.

Booth Fees (Includes Electricity, Lighting & Wi-Fi):

  • $395 – 20×20 Full Market Only (5 Days)
  • $300 – 10×10 Full Market (5 Days)
  • $150 – 10×10 Weekend Pop-Up (2-Day Minimum – Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun)


Open Air 10×10 and 20×20 spaces available upon request

  • Tent, table, chairs, and linen provided and already set upon arrival
  • Payment due within 2 weeks of signed contract
  • 
Special event insurance is required naming Manatee County as additional insured

  • Insurance is due by October 30 (resource available upon request)

Opening Day: Wednesday, December 4: 12pm – 9pm
December 5: 11am – 9pm
December 6: 11am – 9pm
December 7: 11am – 9pm
Closing Day: Sunday, December 8: 12pm – 8pm

Load-Out: Monday, December 9: 9am – 4pm

Please note that due to the high amount of applications expected to the European Holiday Market, you will only be contacted by our team if we can offer you a spot at one of our locations.

Cost 10 x 10 booth with electricity
$275 for vendors ($55/day for 5 days)  VENDOR FEES WAIVED
